Pool/Fitness Center Keys:

Owners who are current on their dues may request a new key for the pool and fitness center by emailing the BOD at hamptonarbors@aol.com. One key per unit. Additional keys may be purchased.

Homeowner Information Sheet:

All owners should complete a Homeowner Information Sheet. Information sheets may be emailed to HamptonArbors@aol.com or mailed with your monthly HOA Dues.

Pick It Up...

It is extremely important that all HA residents with pets pick up after their dogs. The BOD will issue a very significant fine to those found in violation. Droppings should be disposed
of in one of the doggie stations or a dumpster immediately. Do not leave it sitting in front of
your door!

Droppings Left Behind are Bad for Kids, Adults, and other Dogs:

Dog feces left behind posess serious health risks. Roundworm eggs, tapeworms, single-celled parasites, as well as infectious viruses, and bacteria remain in the soil and may also wash into local waterways.
Naturally, diseases can pass from dog to dog through contaminated soil. Many bacterial and parasitic diseases of pets may also be spread to humans. Anyone who comes in
contact with contaminated soil or water is at risk; children run the greatest risk of serious infection. It is vital to the well being of everyone in Hampton Arbors that every dog owner pick up after their pet.
